  • If there is any conflict between the Google for Nonprofits Additional Terms and the Google Terms of Service, the Google for Nonprofits Additional Terms will take precedence for the program.

    Age and Representation

    To have a Google for Nonprofits account, you must be of legal age or above the age of 18 (whichever is higher) in your country. Additionally, you must be an authorized representative who can legally act on behalf of your organization listed in the Google for Nonprofits account and nonprofit profile.
